  1. I’ve read all of the books you mentioned except for the last 3! (: I definitely recommend reading The Mediator series by Meg Cabot and the Gemma Doyle trilogy by Libba Bray!

  2. hey, i recommend the Matched trilogy by Ally Condie and the Gallagher Girls by Ally Carter.
I’ve read up to half of Spirit Bound (Vampire Academy) and up to Burned (House of night), great book series. My school library only has up to burned in the house of night series 😦

      • i’ve got reviews on my blog for the Matched triology if you want to cheak them out. πŸ™‚

  3. A great list! You may like the Shattered World series by Maia Underwood – book 1 is Surviving Passion. and book 2 Surviving seduction. They were great reads. πŸ™‚

  4. Totally agree with you on Cassandra Clare! City of Glass had me gripped from practically beginning to end. I’ve also heard good things about the Delirium series, I reckon I’ll give them a try!

  5. I’d recommend reading The Morganville Vampires series (Glass Houses, The Dead Girl’s Dance etc). It’s really quite a long series – with 15 books (and lots of novellas) but the story is really absorbing and I think you may enjoy them πŸ™‚

    • That’s such a long series but I’ve heard it’s good, so perhaps I’ll pick up the first book! Thanks for recommending it to me πŸ™‚ I’ve heard they’re making the series into a web series or something, so that’d be cool to watch as well if that’s going ahead!

  6. You should definitely read I’ll Give You The Sun and The Sky Is Everywhere by Jandy Nelson. They are 2 of my favorite books that EXIST and would be perfect editions to the “deeper contemporary” list. πŸ™‚

  7. Depending on your taste in crime novels, the Jasper Dent series by Barry Lyga is amazing. The first book in the series is called I Hunt Killers. It is definitely a series that you can get lost in. I hope you enjoy, if you decide to take the dive!
